Missed work directly impacts company resources.</li></ul><hr /><h3><strong>Dowork and Tickets Expectations</strong></h3><ol><li><p><strong>Acknowledging Tickets:</strong></p><ul><li>All tickets assigned to you must be <strong>acknowledged</strong> and <strong>updated every 24 hours</strong>.</li><li>Skipping tickets may lead to fines or further action.</li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Daily Ticket Updates:</strong></p><ul><li>At the <strong>end of your shift</strong> or every 24 hours, reply to <strong>ALL open tickets</strong> assigned to you with an update.</li><li>Once a ticket is completed:<ul><li>Reply to the ticket stating it is completed.</li><li>Ask a team leader to review it and close it.</li></ul></li></ul></li></ol><hr /><h3><strong>Communication &amp; Questions</strong></h3><ul><li>Reply with: <strong>“I got this.
