as of today the links for:

	Member_rides 
	Tools
	Chat 

from:
	- each of those 3 pages
	- the Index page 
	- each Member_rides individual page

all go to corresponding .php files in the "html" subdirectory, where they terminate with a "not available" message

the index.php page in the old SMF directory now does a javascript relocation to ../cc/index.php

updated Button arrays on home page(s) to provide "Member_Sites" button 

--Chat button is no longer needed.
