- When using with PHP 5.2, must use a TCP socket and not a Unix socket

* Using php-fpm with Apache *

- Requires mod_fastcgi (not part of standard Apache distribution)
  - http://www.fastcgi.com/mod_fastcgi-2.4.6.tar.gz (also included here)
  - Use "top_dir=/home/httpd/ INCLUDES=-I/usr/include/apache/" with make

- WordPress-style rewrites for nonexistant files will cause a redirect loop, so add an excption for the virtual fcgi file
